Cancellation / No Show Policy:

In courtesy to your Stylist and/or Technician, who's time has been reserved especially for you, we require a minimum of a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand you will be charged if you no show your appointment, or cancel less than 24-hours.
